Woman Space Workshop's Guarantee:
These instructions are written on the leaflet included with your purchase. Woman Space Workshop will not replace items damaged by improper use and careless washing and/or drying.
If you are using Rose Pads for the first time, please wash, dry, and use only one pad first to be sure that you are satisfied before washing your whole order.
Only unwashed and unused items may be returned for a refund, and the return request must take place within 7 (days) days of receiving the item. Any time after this, refund or replacement will not be considered.
Rose Pads are made by hand and are checked for quality before shipment. We apologise for any pad that is unsatisfactory, and we will replace or refund the cost of any product that does not meet our quality standards. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact Woman Space Workshop within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item to describe the problem by using the following guidelines so that we can provide a remedy:
To return unused, unwashed Rose Pads for a refund:
If you live within the UAE: Photograph the defective pad and “WhatsApp” or SMS a message along with the photograph outlining your dissatisfaction to 050 5016914. Woman Space Workshop will reply to your message outlining how to return the item accordingly.
For customers overseas: Send a detailed email with a photograph of the item to Woman Space Workshop outlining your dissatisfaction. Woman Space Workshop will respond with a replacement offer or refund accordingly.
